What type of League are you looking for?

Sportsmans has just about any style of league you may be looking for!

Bumper Leagues:  Designed for the 4-8 age group. Your child will be able to bowl with bumpers, on a team, with friends or, we will be happy to place your child with a friend on the same team, or mix her/him in with other children near the same age. Kids seem to have a great time, while the parents and grand-parents sit back, relax, and watch their child learn the fun he/she can have, inter-mixing with friends while making new ones. Parents enjoy our spacious seating and table area, located directly behind the lanes their child is bowling on! Child will bowl 2 Games of bowling, free use of bowling shoes, and light weight bowling balls. We will track the games your child bowls, while in the league for "average" purposes. Just as if he/she were in a real league! At the end of the 14 week league, your child will receive a bowling trophy, and Pizza Party ! Cost is only $5.00 per week!

Junior Leagues: Available for 5-17 years of age. We have four different age groups of leagues! The league runs for 30 weeks, (Sept.- April). All four are available on the following days and times: Fridays at 3:45pm, Saturdays at 9AM or 11:30 AM. Enroll the time that best fits your schedule! These are non-bumper leagues.  These are all USBC Sanctioned leagues. Dues are $7.00 per week. USBC annual sanction fee is currently $17.00 per child. In these leagues, the youth will bowl 3 games, receive free use of rental shoes and bowling balls! We track the games and averages of your childs games bowled, as well as award all  USBC awards that the youth has earned.

Adult Leagues (Mixed) We have mixed leagues available every night of the week at 6pm, (except Saturdays) The regular schedule is a 32 week league. Usually beginning right after labor day, and concluding sometime in April. All of these leagues are fun leagues, where couples, friends, or singles are welcome to join. Most of the leagues are USBC sanctioned leagues! Typical cost is between $11.00 - $14.00 per week. Bowling balls are available for free use while bowling! In between frames, you can relax and enjoy a cold beverage and snack. We have a large table and seating area  directly behind each pair of lanes for your comfort. Ladies Leagues: We have a vast array of ladies only leagues, from early morning, to 6:pm for starting times. Ladies leagues on Monday, Weds, Fri. that start at aprox. 9:15am. Also Monday, Weds. Thurs. and Friday nights at 6pm. Feel free to ask questions so we may help find what you are looking for. Standard 32 week league, all of the 6pm ladies leagues are currently USBC sanctioned leagues. Most range in price. From $6.00-$9.00 per week for the AM leagues, and $10.00-$14.00 per week for the 6pm evening leagues.

Mens Leagues: Mens leagues are available Monday-Saturday nights at 6pm. Some are scratch, some are handicapped, all depends on what kind of a competitor you are on the lanes! Or if you prefer the kind of league you want to get out with the guys for an inexpensive and fun night out! Stop in or give us a call and give us the opportunity to get you the league you want.

Senior Leagues: We at Sportsmans Bowl, take pride in our Senior Leagues! I really feel we have some of the nicest Seniors in the Capital District bowling with us! Stop in sometime, enjoy a cup of fresh hot coffee, and watch and mingle. Times available are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 9AM, or Tuesdays and Fridays at Noon. Whichever time is most convenient to your lifestyle, I am sure you will find plenty of good fun, and friendly people. Very reasonably priced as well!

CAPB : Sunday nights we host the Capital Area Pride Bowlers League. This is a fun filled league that is open to any person who is of the GLBT Community, OR is GLBT friendly. For more info on this league, check them out on Face Book at Capital Area Pride Bowlers.
